Then there's an amazing soccer game...one of those games where a tie feels more like a win. Especially when it shut down and shut up the extremely obnoxious parents on the other side. Down 4-2 with 20 minutes to go....and they tied it. Including a blocked PK. Never give up, never surrender.

For those wondering what Zach looks like these days...and frankly, I just love this picture.

Yeah, Damien will need a better camera next year if he takes the more advanced photography class at school. Right now he takes mostly still shots. Action just doesn't work!

My kid is my husband all over but every once in a while in a photo, something "me" pops up. Not very often, though. Unless one takes a picture of his skinny bird ankles!
