Ugh

Anticipating a long day at work since I pulled a few choice muscles in my back yesterday and ended up in bed at 9 with 800mg of ibuprofen on board. Both helped and it's feeling better this morning, but after a full day in my work chair...no clue how it'll feel later.

I'm also starting to think I'm the only one that's sensing trouble, right here in River City. And it's got nothing to do with pool.
